Investors Advisory Group is looking for a motivated individual with administrative experience to partner with our Financial Advisors to provide service to clients. This individual must be detail oriented, precise in completing tasks and ensures a proactive approach to servicing affluent clients. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Serve as liaison between the Financial Advisor, clients and internal departments. Perform administrative tasks including: handling client inquiries and assist in establishing and maintaining investment accounts, answering /fielding calls, scheduling appointments and internal meetings, scanning materials into an electronic filing system. Provide support related to preparation of applications, correspondence and mailings to clients. Service clients by establishing and maintaining investment accounts, setting up online access of accounts and e-statements and proactively resolving client service matters. Maintain and update client information in the contact management system. Manage client review meeting schedule system. Ensure appropriate documentation and materials are prepared for client meetings. Greet clients and prospects. Assist in answering multi-line telephones. Cover reception desk as needed.
Key Qualifications: Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage, prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks. Ability to communicate and interact with clients with the utmost professionalism and poise. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and contact management systems. Experience in the financial services industry and a Series 6 or 7 a plus.
