My name is Paula Brunner and I love being a part of St. Anthony on the Lake community! I'm married and have two children and I live in Pewaukee. My family and I have been parishioners of St Anthony on the Lake since 1998. As the 3K Aide, I help reinforce and enrich what is being taught in the classroom and I'm passionate about being a part of this learning process.

I have a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design with a minor in Communication from UW Milwaukee and I have a teaching certificate from Alverno College. I worked as an Art Director for 18 years at mostly financial institutions like M&I Bank, St Francis Bank, and Wisconsin Credit Union League, creating and designing all the collateral for the banks and credit unions. I also worked for several art studios as a graphic designer. I taught at Prairie Hill Waldorf School and was a manager in the child care nursery at Lake Country Racquetball Club for five of the nine years I worked there. That is where I changed my career to teaching. I substitute taught for three years before joining the staff at St. Anthony on the Lake.

I love children and want to make a difference in their lives. I have a strong imagination and feel it's the key to a creative mind, and love to bring this creativity into young minds through teaching. I enjoy sharing my love of art and my talents with St Anthony on the Lake School. I enjoy being with my family, drawing, painting, walking, swimming, and I love to laugh and joke around!
