A 2019 Pew Research Center study concluded that just one-third of U.S. Catholics believe in the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist. The Pew study found that, among other factors, a lack of understanding about the Eucharist has led to this unfortunate statistic.
As the “source and summit” of our faith, the Eucharist is our continual connection to and with our Lord. In this most sacred sacrament, we receive the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Jesus Christ, as he promised.
You are invited to attend a special presentation by Al McCauley that will explore the nature of the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist on Tuesday, May 18 in St. Anthony Hall from 6:00-7:30pm. This talk is open to interested high school students as well as adults. No registration is required.
