Eucharistic Ministers - Scheduler – Julie Goyette
Volunteers Needed - We are in need of adult Eucharistic Ministers for the children’s Masses on Wednesday mornings. Older students help in this capacity, but we need adults to help guide them. Training provided.
Health Room -Scheduler – Amanda Haas
Volunteers Needed - The purpose of the Health Room is to provide care for children who become sick or injured during lunchtime recess from 11:30am-12:30pm Monday through Friday, so the school administrator can have a lunch break. Volunteers are asked to sign up for several openings during each month. Training provided.
Hot Lunch Servers - Scheduler – Becca Jambois
Volunteers Needed - 3 volunteers needed daily, every day school is in session.
This group assists the Hot Lunch Caterer in setting up and serving the daily hot lunch offered to students. They assist in serving food, cleaning up, and various other duties. Hours are generally from 11:15-12:45. Training is provided. There is a need to cover each day of the week. Substitute servers are welcome.
Playground/Lunch Room - Scheduler – Jen Farris
Volunteers Needed - Two needed daily when school is in session over the lunch hour.
The playground supervisors and lunch room assistants help the staff with supervision of the lunchroom and playground. Supervisors are scheduled in advance under an agreed-upon schedule. Supervisors are needed each day of the week. There is also a need for substitutes. Playground duty pays $10 per day.
