Mrs. Susanna Stubbs, Grade 3
My name is Susanna Stubbs, and I am so happy to be a part of the St. Anthony on the Lake community as the third-grade teacher. I received my bachelor’s degree from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago, IL. I taught for District 59 in Elk Grove Village, IL for the first 4 years of my teaching career. I taught third grade, fourth grade and a 4/5 multi-age classroom. After taking a break from teaching to raise my two children, Thomas (14) and Libby (10), my family and I moved to Wisconsin in 2013, and I took a position in Oconomowoc as a Reading Interventionist. Then, I took a full-time teaching position at Northwest Catholic as a second-grade teacher, which is a Seton Catholic School.
My son, Thomas, is starting his sophomore year at Marquette University High School. My daughter is starting fifth grade at Cushing Elementary. My husband Toby and I just celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary. We enjoy spending time with our family. We love to ski in the winter and spend as much time on the lake in the summer as possible. I look forward to meeting all of the teachers, faculty and students for an awesome year and take pride in making a difference in my students lives.
