Mrs. Patrice Hofbauer, Grade 1
Patrice earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Ohio State University. Her graduate work includes a teaching fellowship in Children’s Literature and Poetry at Yale University and graduate studies at Southern Connecticut University and University of Wisconsin. Throughout her teaching career, she has taught 3K/4K, Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd and 3rd grades in New Haven, Chicago, and Brookfield. Patrice joined the staff as first grade teacher after working as a St. Anthony substitute teacher for many years.
Patrice thinks first graders are the best because of their excitement to learn about academics as well as their faith. It is fun to witness their reading growth along with their faith formation!
Patrice and her husband, Mike, live in the town of Delafield. They have two daughters, Ava and Elena, who attend Divine Savior Holy Angels High School and are proud St. Anthony School graduates!
In her free time, Patrice enjoys travel, theater, music, and cooking and baking with her daughters.
