Curriculum

Accredited by both the Archdiocese of Milwaukee and the Wisconsin Religious and Independent Schools Association (WRISA), St. Anthony on the Lake offers a faith and values based education.

Our superior instructional program emphasizes the mastery of basic skills throughout all academic and spiritual subject areas. Specic examples include the incorporation of phonics into our reading program and a hands on science curriculum. In addition, our math program not only stresses the development of computation skills but also focuses on problem solving, critical thinking and the use of manipulatives.

Cooperative education, school assemblies, field trips and special liturgical celebrations further enhance each students experience at St. Anthony on the Lake. We are proud of our record of academic excellence. St. Anthony on the Lake students consistently score above average on standardized tests and perform very well in their high school classes as we feed into eight high schools.(Pewaukee, Kettle Moraine, Arrowhead, Oconomowoc, Waukesha North, Catholic Memorial, Pius, DSHA, and Marquette).

"We were pushed harder and challenged more, which makes the transition to high school easier."  ~St. Anthony on the Lake Graduate
