Monthly outings are planned to places like The Big Backyard, Betty Brinn Children’s Museum, Ebert’s Pumpkin Farm, Kids In Motion and more!
Tuesday, October 8th: Please join us for one of our favorite field trips of the year to Ebert’s Greenhouse Village in Ixonia! We are meeting at 8:45am at the covered haystacks near the entrance. We will participate in a story time, craft, and a hayride to the pumpkin patch where children can pick out a pumpkin! The cost for the morning is $7 per child, parents are free (additional pumpkins can be purchased for an additional cost). We will also have a space to eat a snack during the morning. Please bring your own snack. Our time at Ebert's begins promptly at 9am. Arriving at 8:45am is essential for Ebert's to maintain their schedule of tours throughout the day.
Although our tour time ends at 10:00am, feel free to pack a snack for you and your kiddo(s). There are multiple places to enjoy your snack, plus Ebert's has live animals, a gift shop, and other places to explore after our tour!
Please dress appropriately for the weather as this event will happen rain or shine and we will be outdoors frequently (story time and craft are indoors). It is suggested that you bring a pillow case or sturdy bag to carry your pumpkin. Ebert's is stroller friendly (minus the hayride). The highlighted book this year is “Earl the Squirrel”.
Hope to see you all there!

Once a month the St. Anthony gym is open for preschoolers to run and play with a parent or guardian. If you need somewhere to take the kids to run off some energy this is the place for you! Come to St Anthony’s new gym from 10:00 - 11:30am for some fun indoor playtime. You can park in the school’s lower lot south of the playground barriers. Enter and sign in at the new gym entrance. The doors will be locked. Ring the buzzer and someone will let you in. A parent or guardian must stay in the gym while your kids play. No street shoes please! Gym shoes (as long as they have not been worn outside) socks or slippers are fine. You are welcome to bring a snack and eat at the tables in the lobby by the gym.

A Mother's Prayer to the Blessed Mother
Dear Blessed Mother Mary, you knew the importance of being prayerful and also of being attentive to one's family. Please teach me how to do both well. Please deepen my relationship with your son, Jesus. Because my vocation of motherhood keeps me very involved with the task at hand, please give me reminders as I go about my day to raise my heart and mind to God often, asking for help and grace, as well as offering deep gratitude. Please keep my family under your powerful protection.
