Welcome to middle school!

It is an exciting time filled with new opportunities, greater independence, and academic and spiritual growth. My goal is to create a classroom where students feel challenged, supported, and encouraged to ask questions and learn from their experiences.

In middle school, we will focus not only on academic success but also on developing responsibility, organization, collaboration, and respect for one another. I believe that every student has unique strengths, and I look forward to helping each one discover and build on those strengths throughout the year.

I graduated from St. Norbert College and began my career at St.Thomas Aquinas in Waterford. Since then, I have taught middle school students in science and religion as well as third, fourth, and fifth grade. I enjoy the partnership I have with parents. It is exciting to be a part of each of my students’ learning and growth process.



My husband and I truly believe in Catholic education and feel it was a vital part of our three sons’ formation. When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy walking, biking, kayaking, baking, watching movies, and spending time with my family. I am looking forward to a fantastic school year with the middle school students!
