Fifth Sunday of Lent Gospel and Homily

Fr. Tony Zimmer • March 22, 2026

March 22, 2026 | Fifth Sunday of Lent

In a world where instant answers are often expected, the silence of unanswered prayers can feel difficult. In this homily on John 11:1–45, Fr. Tony reflects on the story of Lazarus to explore the tension between faith and waiting. He acknowledges the doubts and frustrations that arise when God seems distant, while offering guidance for remaining strong in your faith. Through insight and encouragement, this homily invites us to trust that even in silence, God is still at work.
