Archdiocesan policy states that in the event of a trustee vacancy, the parish must follow the rules governing the election of parish trustees from the State of Wisconsin State Statute 187.19 which stipulates that trustees are to be elected “from and by the congregation”.  Directives regarding the election of trustees are contained in Archdiocesan Parish Trustee Manual which states that the pastor may identify a nominee for each of the openings.  In addition to the pastor’s nominees, other nominees may be accepted from the congregation prior to the election.  Additional candidates must be nominated in writing by 10 or more registered parish members.

Nominations closed on April 16, 2023. If there are no other nominations received other than the pastor’s, they will automatically be named as our new Trustee. If there are any additional nominees, an election will be held on the weekend of May 14 & 15.
